BRADYCARDIA DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS: normal physiologic (athletes), idiopathic, lupus, rheumatoid, scleroderma, cardiac infections, sarcoid, amyloidosis, medication side-effect, electrolyte disorders (e.g. either hypo- or hyper-kalemia), hypothermia, hypothyroidism. TREATMENT: ACLS if acute or symptomatic, pacemaker, treat underlying cause.
