Comprehensive Dobutamine Stress CMR Versus Echocardiography in LBBB and Suspected Coronary Artery Disease.

In patients with left bundle branch block and suspected coronary artery disease, dobutamine stress cardiac magnetic resonance imaging was superior to dobutamine stress echo in terms of specificity (88% vs 73%). Sensitivity was the same for both at 72%. Adding first pass perfusion and late gadolinium enhancement increased the sensitivity of CMR to 82%.
